Recently, Bester's technical team received an in-depth visit from a well-known home appliance manufacturer in India. The customer's trip focuses on learning the entire process of mold development, from design modeling to precision machining, and fully participates in Bester's production line practice. Through on-site observation of high-precision CNC machine operation and mold debugging, the customer highly praised Bester's technical standardization system and quality management experience. The two parties signed a technical training cooperation agreement to accelerate the upgrading of India's local home appliance manufacturing capabilities.

At the beginning of 2023, the customer planned to expand their production line for rice cookers and ovens, but due to low efficiency in mold development, the launch of new products was often delayed, and the quality of the produced home appliances was poor. After recommendations from peers and multiple on-site visits to China, it was ultimately decided to establish cooperation with Bester. During the four month online collaboration, the Bester team customized a "three-stage" improvement plan to meet the demand for low-cost and high durability molds in the Indian market: the first stage optimized the mold design software parameter library, the second stage imported rapid prototyping technology, and the third stage established a fault diagnosis database. Through more than ten technical training sessions and joint testing of five sets of mold samples, both parties have reached a high degree of consensus in practical aspects such as market product development and factory production processes.

As a leader in the field of mold manufacturing, the Bester team has over 10 years of experience in developing home appliance molds and multiple core patents, providing one-stop services from design optimization to mass production support for partners. This cooperation is not only about technology output, but also creates a new model of "knowledge transmission+localization innovation" in the manufacturing industry of China and India. In the future, the Bester team hopes to provide real-time remote diagnosis and skills training to more Indian customers, helping them achieve the development of their target markets and products.
